Relaxing So Your Dreams Come True
A lot of success coaches teach that one must stay focused on your goals. This is true; the more you place your awareness on what you wish to accomplish, the more energy you send its way. Eventually, that energy will pay off with attaining your goal.
The caveat is that if you’re tense, nervous or doubtful about the process, you’ll almost definitely delay fulfillment. You may even miss your goal outright. Nervousness and doubt carry with them an energy signature that embodies the idea of lack. The more nervous you are, the greater the sense of lack you inject into your goal attainment process.
The hallmark of successful people is that they expect to be successful. There’s little doubt in their mind that they’ll attain their goals and even more. For them, it’s not a matter of if they’ll get to their destination, it’s a matter of when. That confidence carries with it another feature: relaxation.
A relaxed mental posture that assumes success is the key to speeding along your attainment process. This is living intentionally at its finest. Quiet confidence that things will come in good time and then relaxing and even enjoying watching that process unfold carries an energy signature of abundance. That sense of abundance helps to draw more of that abundance to you.
It might seem seem contradictory to hear that you should feel abundant in order to draw abundance to you, but think back to successful people. Remember that successful people expect to be successful. They don’t expect to fail. If you want to be abundant, expect it. Think along the lines of what you want and don’t worry about the details. Relax and enjoy the process.
As you take a more relaxed approach to living intentionally, you’ll find the fruition of your dreams accelerating. That, in turn, helps boost the confidence that you – and your dreams – will succeed,.

Lieke,
Thanks for posting! It’s great to hear from you and I hope life is treating you well. 🙂
Musicians sure do need a boost, as well as the confidence to believe in their art. It’s been my personal experience that once I stopped worrying about making others happy with my music and just concentrated on making myself happy, everything got easier. So, that’s my advice for you: You love music and you love performing. People who go to shows love connecting with a performer who is obviously having a great time. If you’re up there loving what you do, people will enjoy the shows more and more.
You know what you do and you know you do it well. Relax into that idea and trust that the people who connect with your shows are the ones who you’ll benefit most from having as fans. We can’t make everybody happy. When we express ourselves with 100% authenticity, we’ll always connect with the ones who really GET it! 😀
